Plastic injection mould packing
Plastic injection mould is packing before shipping, after moulded sample is approved by customer. It is end of job for mould making.
First, it should be clear all mould component, as painting anti-rust during mould assembly. It will painting thin, clear one if it is ship by air, or thick, green on when it is ship by sea.
Mould Design
Mould design is including DFM, Mould Flow Analysis, 2D Mould Layout and 3D Mould Drawing. It is part lay out, part line making, gate design, runner design, gating way, ejection method, cooling layout, etc.

Plywood for packing and 2D, 3D Mould drawing and electronic copper should be together with mould shipping.
